At Chapter One our mission is to empower all to lead a happy and healthy life. Chapter One can be the beginning of your journey with fitness. We will be here to support and guide you to reach your goals. Our studio is a place of calm, where you can feel confident to train in a judgment free space.

Owner Amanda feels passionately about health and fitness. As a qualified Personal Trainer, Amanda will work personally with you to set and achieve your goals. As a mum of three, Amanda understands that life is busy and starting your fitness journey can be difficult. That is why Chapter One offers flexible training options and a range of fitness programs. We look forward to meeting you at your free come and try.
